Will-based packages: 1–2 weeks
Trust-based packages: 2–3 weeks
Consultation fee: None – no fee to consult before we agree to work together
Notary fees: Covered in your flat-fee payment
Recording/filing fees: Billed to the client as they accrue
Fee payment: All fees are flat, prepaid fees deposited into the firm’s lawyer trust account (IOLTA) and are not earned until your documents are completed and signed. Unearned amounts are refunded if representation ends early.
